Neil Foster is an Associate Professor in Immunology and Infection at The School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, Nottingham University UK. A graduate of the University of Leeds, he has previously worked at the Institute for Animal Health and the Sir Willian Dunne School of Pathology, University of Oxford. The Foster laboratory studies the early immune response to pathogens in both humans and domestic animals and have a long standing interest in the inflammatory response of innate immune cells to Salmonella and the effect of immune modulators such as vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP).

Dr. Iman Ibrahim Shabana obtained PhD in Molecular Bacteriology at the Public Health Division of the Department of Infectious Disease Control and International Medicine at the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences of Niigata University as fellow in a scholarship program. Currently she is an associate professor at Bacteriology, Immunology and Mycology Department, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt. She is the first to conduct studies on Diarrheagenic E. coli on the molecular level and determining its MLST and clones in Egypt. She is the editor of several Internal Scientific Journals. She has been the principal/co-principal investigator of several research projects. She lectures widely on Bacteria, Fungi and Immunity to undergraduate students since 2001 to date on regular basis. In addition to advanced courses to master and PhD research scholars.

Prof. Agyare obtained his doctorate from University of Muenster, Germany and an alumnus of German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). He obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) and Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degrees from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. He has been a post-doctoral fellow at University of California San Francisco, California and the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research, Boston, USA. He was appointed a Lecturer at KNUST in 2003 and promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2011 and to Associate Professor in 2016. He research areas are search for antimicrobial, wound healing and anti-inflammatory agents from medicinal plants and natural products. He also researches on antibiotic resistance in animals and humans. He has more than 57 publications in peer-review journals, 50 articles published in conference proceedings and has co-authored five (5) book chapters. He is a reviewer for more 50 peer-review journals and an editorial member of 9 international journals. Prof Agyare is currently the Head of Quality Assurance and Planning Unit of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana and also a Member of the Executive Committee and Academic Board of the same University. He is an External examiner at Department of Pharmacy and Complementary Medicine, Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya. He is also an external assessor of Banasthali University/Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India. He is a member of Board of Directors of Medicinal Plant and Natural Product Research and a member of the Governing Board of National Health Insurance Authority, Ghana. He is a Pharmacist and Immediate past Chairman of Academic, Social and Research Pharmacists’ Association and a Executive member of Standing Executive Committee (SEC) and National Governing Board of Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH). He is the Head of External Relations Directorate of the Society (PSGH). He is a member of Global Young Academy (GYA) and Membership Selection Committee of GYA since 2012. He is also a foundation member of Ghana Young Academy (GhYA).

Dr Ashok Kapse is an avid clinical photographer his pictures figure into various books and atlases including Atlas of tropical diseases published by American academy of Paediatrics Dr Ashok Kapse believes that exposure to SUN & solar rays are the most vital health measure for human being, he also believes that restoring Vitamin D sufficiency has potential to wipe away lots of human diseases. He has been conducting CME on role of Vitamin D in various aspects of human health; till far he has addressed >100 CME at various places including at Rovaniemi Finland , Abudhabi, Dubai & Madrid Spain.
