        Track.1 Emerging Infections and Inflammatory Diseases

Infection are nothing but the primary response of body to any invading foreign agent .Emerging infectious diseases are infections that have recently noticed within a large population or those whose geographic range is rapidly increasing or suspected to increase in the near future. Emerging infections can be caused by: Previously undetected or unknown infectious agents like bacteria, virus, protozoa and other agents.

Track 2.Animal Modeling and Veterinary Infectious Inflammations

Model organisms are used for better understanding the disease process without the added risk of harming an actual human. The species chosen must be resembles with human physiology so that the animal meet a determined reaction to the disease and its treatment taxonomic should be applicable for actual human beings. Veterinary infectious inflammations are nothing but the inflammations which occurs with a particular animal species either domestic or wild.  

Track 3 .Pathogenesis ,Virulence & Counter measures          

The pathogenesis is the phenomenon which describe the origin and development of a disease, whether it is acute, chronic, or recurrent. The word comes from the Greek pathos "disease” and genesis "creation”. While virulence means the ability of an agent of infection to produce disease. A countermeasure is a measure or action taken to counter the infectious agents.

Track 4. Multi Pathogen Infections

In parasitology, multi pathogen infections are the simultaneous infection of a host by multiple pathogen species. It includes simultaneous infection of a single cell by two or more virus particles. For example the infection of liver cells with Hepatitis B virus and Hepatitis D virus, which can arise incrementally by initial infection followed by super infection.

An immune-mediated inflammatory disease (IMID) is any of a group of diseases   which are initiated through common inflammatory pathways leading to inflammation, and which may be triggered by a small disorder and deregulation of the normal immune response.  IMIDs can cause damage of the specific organ with which it associate and also causes increased morbidity and mortality. 

Track 6. Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Infections

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are set of diseases caused by infections that are passed from one person to another during sexual contact. These infections often do not show any symptoms. Medically, infections are only called diseases when they show any type of symptoms. That is why STDs are also called "sexually transmitted infections."

The term 'auto inflammatory' has been described as the distinct pathogenesis of a group of disorders   which  characterized by unexplained self-attacks or inflammation without any evidence that this process  is related to auto-antigen simple word a district disorder of body against its own cells.

Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth, inflammations having the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. Tumors area nothing but inflammations in body .All tumors are not cancerous; benign tumors are not cancerous and do not spread to other parts of the body while malignant tumors are spread all over the body and later on causes cancer .oncology is the science which deals with different kind of cancer.

Many biological agents are found in nature are modified in their genetic level by the terrorist to make them more dangerous. Most of these agents are transmitted from person to person, and the infection rapidly spared in a large population in a small period of time.

Zoonosis, from Greek: ‘zoon "animal" and ‘nosos "sickness") are a group of infectious diseases of animals (usually vertebrates) that can be transmitted to humans naturally. Several emerging modern fatal diseases such as Ebola virus disease, salmonellosis and influenza are zoonosis. It can be caused by different kind of pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. It has different modes of transmission. Either the disease is directly transmitted from animals to humans or transmitted through media such as air (influenza) or through bites and saliva (rabies). When humans infect animals, it is called reverse zoonosis or anthroponosi

The healthy animal defends itself against pathogens at different stages of infection. The host defense mechanisms are mediated by the immune system. The innate or nonspecific immune system and the adaptive, acquired or specific immune system are the two major subdivision of immune system. The innate immune system is a primary defense mechanism against invading organisms, while the adaptive immune system acts as a second line of defense.

Clinically inflammation is the primary response of an animal  towards an invading foreign agent  which recognized by five cardinal signs –heat (calor),redness(rubor),pain(dolour),swelling(tumor) and loss of functions. This may be caused by any internal /external infections and tissue injury and destructions.
